What is Leadership Readiness?
At its simplest, it is how you know when a leader is ready to deploy.
It could be their command of technical and strategic skills; their ability to prioritise and execute tasks, under budget and under pressure; their facility with getting AI to do the heavy lifting.
Or it could be that all of those are 'nice to have’ but fundamentally irrelevant alongside the core qualification of a leader: knowing how they perceive reality, so that they, and those they lead, can navigate it successfully.
